The Genie Series: Designer Bags & Dirty Diapers

Well hello, friends! I've got a fun treat for you today. Here's a hint: she's beyond stylish, she's an adorable little blonde, she has one of the cutest kids around and she lives in my favorite city in the world. If you guessed Natalie from Designer Bags and Dirty Diapers, then ten points for you!

Hello blogger friends! I am Natalie from Designer Bags and Dirty Diapers and I could not be more excited that Michelle asked me to participate in her "genie series".  I mean we would all love to have three wishes, right??  Tough choice is narrowing it down to just three!!

ONE

First off I would like two vacation homes.  Not trying to be greedy by wanting two but I really want one in the Mountains and one in Caribbean.  That way I have the best of the beach and mountains.  I also need it to be big enough to bring lots of friends and family with me when I travel.  Because what fun is having a vacation home if you can't bring along all your favorite people to share it with?!  Oh and I also need a private jet to get us there so we can travel anytime we like.
 

TWO

I would like an unlimited fund for purses.  Think of it as a trust fund for gorgeous purses.  I love all designer purses but sadly they are so not in my budget right now!   Not to mention the hubby thinks it is crazy to spend that kind of money on handbag.  If I had a fund we would both be happy!

THREE

I would like a huge wine cellar filled to the brim with the most amazing wines I could ever taste.  Of course it would be unlimited so the wine would never run out!

Now here is to hoping that Genie answers my wishes soon!

Everything Fall

Hi ya'll!  I'm super excited to be at Ten June today!  My name is Shelli and I blog over at a' la mode. I am a former medical device sales rep, turned stay at home mommy, to the cutest 17 month old hot mess you have ever seen.

 While my sugarpie naps, I retreat to this bliss.  A place to have a glass of wine with a girlfriend, listen to music, pay bills, or let's be honest...to blog!  

  it never always looks this neat too.

Seating for chit chats is a must for me.  When my favorite neighbor pops over for a glass of wine, we head to this room, shut the glass doors and vent about our husbands and motherhood discuss current events and important matters in the world.  

Okay, let's be real.  It would be really awesome if I could just blink and be here.

Emily & Kate!

You guys know how much I love designer Emily Henderson. Her eclectic, fabulous style is right up my alley. It's no wonder that she won HGTV's Design Star and now has her own show on HGTV, Secrets From A Stylist. When I blogged about my love for her last month, I was absolutely floored when she not only commented on the post, but we struck up a conversation on Twitter.

Needless to say, I've got more exciting Emily Henderson news. Since we've struck up a little e-friendship, Emily was kind enough to sit down with me (via email) and conduct a Q&A session! I learned a ton of design advice and fun information from Emily, like who inspires her, what her favorite shelter mags are and how she designs her own home. 

The article is probably one of my absolute, most favorite-est blog posts I've ever written.

Yes, I have to make up words like favorite-est because it's just that good!

Emily is definitely one to learn from (and it doesn't hurt that she's an absolute sweetheart!).

Guest Day

Well, I'll be.

You guys are really, really awesome. I cannot even believe it, but this little blog has grown overnight to 500 followers!! That is INCREDIBLE : ) Big smiles over here in Georgia!!
