$7 Million Dolla House Tour

Something big has happened in Atlanta. Our beloved Braves pitcher, John Smoltz, has put his house mansion estate on the market. And for a mere $7.2 million, it can be yours!

Let's explore, shall we? Come on in.

Welcome. To all twenty-two acres, ten bedrooms, fourteen bathrooms and 18,000 square feet of it.

My marble foyer (prounced foy-yay, of course) greets you.

The first of our many living spaces.

The kitchen that's as big as your whole house. Just sayin'.

Another living space. In case the other six weren't large enough for you.

The master retreat.

Our master bathroom, also as big as your house.

The study. And yes it smells like rich mahogany and leatherbound books. Duh.

The theater.

Our humble backyard.

Why yes, that is an eighteen hole golf course, full sized baseball and football fields and a fully stocked fishing pond in the backyard. Oh and don't forget the tennis courts.

Insanely gorgeous, right? You can check out more pictures of ol' Smoltzy's casa (like the carousel pony, Braves themed basement game room and the incredible guest bedrooms) right here.

So who's lending me the cool $7 mill for this baby?

  1. Wow.... That is quite a house! Thanks for the tour. =) I'm digging the 8 billion living spaces in the home - oh and of course all the sports options in the backyard.

  2. Over the top! Of course, it's perfect when you can afford the chef, housekeeper, butler, gardener, pool boy, nanny, etc!!!!

  5. Wow! Awesome. I love the question above "would you ever see your family!" Probably not- it's so big you'd get lost!

  6. Is it just me or does that kitchen look tiny? Maybe its not the full kitchen but a wet bar? My husband would kill for a golf course in his backyard.

  7. WOW!...speechless....it's amazing how most of those rooms are bigger than my apartment.....their walk-in closet is probably the size of my WHOLE apartment.

I'm LOVING that theatre room....maybe I could just live in there. I'm tidy...and quiet lol

  8. Two words: too big. I feel like you would need to put a tracking device on to know where people are in the house...

  9. Oh my gosh- what a massive house!!! I want to know who decorated the place though, because I wasn't wowed by the furnishings. The architecture is beautiful though. Gosh it'd be nice to be rich!! :)

  15. I know it seems like a lot, but my first thought when scrolling through the pictures was, "I can't believe this is only $7 million dollars!" Obviously that's a lot of money, but in this super depressed economy...someone's actually getting a steal! Thanks for sharing ~ I LOVE that back yard! Wowza!!!

  17. Ha! This is insane. I completely agree with Anneke, $7 million seems low for a house this size and all the outdoor amenities. It's huge and luxurious but am I being a stick-in-the-mud by saying I'm not a fan of the decor. For that much money, it has a "design by numbers" look to it...very predictable and sort of bland.

  18. Wow. Huge. Did you notice that the dining table is so large they have a bench on the short side? hahah
