The Power of Paint

I've spent my evenings this week painting the brand spanking new walls and ceiling of our master bathroom. And as the paint dripped off the ceiling and onto my forehead, I couldn't help but thinking, I love you, paint. Well, maybe it didn't happen in exactly that order.

Besides the whole thing about the paint on my face and in my hair, in my fingernails, on my awesome V-neck white painting t-shirt and on my hideous Crocs, I really do love paint. What other design tool gives a room or a piece of furniture as much bang for its buck?!

So I thought I'd do a little tribute to some amazing paint projects I've seen around blog-world lately.

And since it was my sweet mid-renovation master bathroom that got us on this subject, here's a really bad iPhone picture sneak peek of the paint in there!

  9. The kitchen is the most important part of the house. This should be paid more attention in terms of cleanliness and design. Personally, I like my kitchen to look fresh and smell good.
