Sophisticated & Fun Master Bedroom E-Design

When Stephanie contacted me to help her design her master bedroom, she made my job easy. She had already purchased the Pottery Barn comforter shown above and she and her husband had built, yes BUILT!, this bed that you see in the design. My lucky job was to help her style and accessorize the room, create a reading nook and add some furniture to the otherwise empty space.

One of my favorite spaces in the room is the area with the bookshelves from World Market. Stephanie had a large, blank wall across from the bed that she wanted to fill and I thought that these shelves would fill the space perfectly, while adding style and storage. I also gave Stephanie some ideas and advice on how to style the shelves once they're up.

Stephanie loves the design. With a little one on the way, I hope Stephanie will be able to use her new room as a sophisticated but fun and relaxing space!
